The Current Projects are up-and-running while the Start-Up Projects are in the beginning phases of design, marketing, investment, etc. 

Once we have exited a project (in most cases sold to an Investment Firm), it will no longer be listed due to the agreements we have with those firms.  [We are especially partial to those projects with clear exit strategies.]

PS - And don't worry, we don't need a two-hundred page business plan.  In fact, the best ideas can often be put into two words.  Anything between those extremes is welcome.
